*The Work (Focus): Today started with an unexpected snow delay and a car that didn't like the hill! But instead of letting it steal my peace, I'm focusing on adaptability. I'm at my desk now, tackling the refunds, utilities, and ready to print checks with a heart full of gratitude that everyone is safe.

 

*The Win (Gratitude): I'm thankful for Community. From Charlie’s driver stepping in with his 4-wheel drive to the extra time at home this morning during the school delay to tackle the headache before work. Sometimes the 'detour' is where the grace is.
