Proving to myself that I can manage my work and my health at the same time is a "scarlet cord" of hope. I’m still being careful, staying hydrated for those low sodium/chloride levels, and listening to my body, but I am doing it.

This weekend was a beautiful blend of family and community. I loved seeing my sister and my niece and nephew—little Jaida (2 months) and Brantley (6) are the best distractions for a tired mind! And while our Lifegroup is hitting "pause" on our Judas study to support a friend in need, discussing Rahab reminded me that God always provides a way of protection for those who trust Him.

Now, my eyes are on Friday! At 2:00 PM, I’m clocking out, grabbing my husband and son and at 3:00 PM we are heading to Winter Jam at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. I can’t wait to hear Chris Tomlin and Matthew West with my boys! Then, we’ll cap off the weekend with our Lifegroup Super Bowl party to watch the Seahawks take on the Patriots. 🏈✨

*Today’s Reflection: Restoration isn't just about feeling 100%; it's about showing up even when you're still healing.

*How are you "showing up" for your goals this week? Let’s encourage each other!
