Tonight, as I close out this Monday of rest, I am laying down the busyness of the world at the foot of the Cross. I’ve learned that a sound mind finds its greatest strength in the quiet moments of the Ark. I’m trading the noise of a long weekend for the stillness of a restored home.

*The Internal Latte: RENEWAL
Today’s "latte" is the peace of a day spent recharging. I’m leaning into the positive—the fact that I listened to my body and prepared my heart for the week ahead. I’m trading the weighted life for the lightness of His grace. I am a professional who values integrity, a Mama Bear who guards her sanctuary, and a woman who knows that every sunset is a promise of a new beginning.

*The Mama Bear Win: THE GENTLE RECOVERY
The win today is "Patience." I took the time to heal my head and my heart so I can show up with excellence tomorrow. I am standing firm in my restoration, knowing that my King is in the quiet just as much as He is in the crowd.
