"It is finished."
As I wrap up my workday at 3:00 PM, I am laying the legal triggers and the shadows of my past at the foot of the Cross. I’ve learned that a Sound Mind finishes the task even when the heart is heavy. I’m trading the stressful work week for a weekend of rest, mostly. I am a professional, a Mama Bear, and a woman who refuses to be moved by the ghosts of yesterday.

*The Internal Latte: ENDURANCE
This afternoon’s latte is the strength of the Finish Line. I’m leaning into the positive—the fact that I showed up for court, I showed up for my job, and I am showing up for my family. I’m trading the abuse triggers for God's victory. I am a daughter of the King, and the clock is on my side.

*The Mama Bear Win: THE CLOCK-OUT
The win today is to finish well. I am standing firm in His restoration, knowing that once I walk out those doors at 3:00, the "voices" have no power in my home.
