Finding the Final Chapter in the Midst of the Storm

Finding the Final Chapter in the Midst of the Storm

This week hasn’t been easy. In fact, it’s been one of those weeks where the waves felt a little too high and the wind a little too loud. Between legal battles, false accusations, and a heavy tragedy, there were moments when I felt completely exhausted—body, mind, and soul.

But here is what I’ve learned in the trenches: The storm may be loud, but it doesn't get the final say.

I had to take a stand this week. I had to look at the chaos and the lies and say, "Satan, Get behind me. I’ve read the final chapter, and I know who wins." Sometimes, finding Grace isn't about everything being perfect; it’s about the small, intentional choices we make to survive and thrive anyway:
* It’s in the Truth: Standing firm in who you are, even when others try to paint a different picture.
*It’s in the Circle: Recognizing the real friends—the ones who truly pray, who check in, and who show up when the fair-weather friends fade away.
* It’s in the Laughter: Like the simple joy of retail therapy and laughing with my sisters in Christ today. It reminded me that joy is a form of defiance.

To anyone else walking through a dark valley right now: Keep going. Work your hours, love your family, and hold onto your faith. The middle of the book might be messy, but the Author of our lives has already written a victory for the final chapter.
See you at church tomorrow. ✨
