*Current Status:* Feeling grateful for family, focused on healing, and Indy-bound! 🦅🎸

This week has been a whirlwind of "highs" and "lows." After getting through the record-breaking snow, I was able to return to the office for my regular shifts. Proving to myself that I can "show up" even when my health is a battle has been a huge win.

The Eye Update:
I had my specialist appointment yesterday (rescheduled from the 23rd). The news was a bit of a gut-punch: while my vision is still holding at 20/25 and 20/40, the diabetic retinopathy is getting much worse. Between the IV dye and the dilation, it was a long day. It’s a sobering reminder that my 11.6% A1c isn't just a number—it's something I have to fight every single day to protect my sight and my future.
In Lifegroup, we were talking about Rahab. She didn't have all the answers; she just had enough faith to hang that scarlet cord in her window and trust God for protection. My "scarlet cord" right now is my family.

I am SO ready for tomorrow!
2:00 PM: Clocking out early.
3:00 PM: Loading up the car with my husband and son.
6:00 PM: Doors open at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Winter Jam!

I’m heading into this weekend with my sunglasses on (retina protection!) and my heart open. After a night of worship with my boys, we’ll be hitting a Super Bowl party on Sunday to watch the big game!🏈

Thank you all for the prayers. The road is a little bumpy right now, but I’m still standing on the promise of restoration.

How can I be praying for YOU this weekend? Drop a comment below!
