Today, I worked a little bit of a longer shift to make up some of my work after taking off work yesterday, being sick. I then stopped by to sign some paperwork for insurance. But tonight I am laying my exhaustion at the foot of the Cross. I’ve learned that a Sound Mind keeps moving even when the road is steep. I’m trading the tiredness of the grind for the triumph of the mission. I am a woman who handles her business, a daughter of the King who is navigating the path to health, and a woman who is stronger than she knows.

*The Internal Latte: ENDURANCE
Today’s "latte" is the deep, rich flavor of perseverance. I’m leaning into the positive—the fact that I made it through my workday and secured my healthcare bridge. I’m trading the "house noise" of physical pain for the white light of accomplishment. I am a daughter of the King, and I am built to last.

The win today is Responsibility. I am standing firm in my restoration, knowing that I didn't just "show up" for work; I showed up for my future health.
