This is the first piece of spiritual armor

*The Word: "Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist..." Ephesians 6:14

In ancient times, the belt was the most important piece because it held everything else together. It secured the sword and kept the armor from shifting. Without the belt, the soldier was stumbling.
I’ve learned that a Sound Mind doesn't trip over its own feet when it is wrapped in the Truth. I am a daughter of the King, my waist is girded with the truth, and I stand firm.

Today's latte is pure, simple, and honest—no extra fluff, just the good stuff. I’m leaning into the positive: the fact that I can look in the mirror and know I’ve been honest. I’m trading the pressure for a clear conscience. I am a daughter of the King, and the truth is my support.
